Esta página explica en lenguaje simple las reglas de uso de Envoz: quién puede usarlo, cómo funcionan las membresías y los pagos, cómo cancelar y qué esperamos de ti cuando hablas con otras personas dentro de la app.
This page explains in plain language the rules for using Envoz: who can use it, how the memberships and payments work, how to cancel, and what we expect from you when you talk to other people inside the app.

About these terms
Envoz es un servicio de PF International LLC, una compañía constituida en el estado de Wyoming, Estados Unidos. Cuando creas una cuenta o usas Envoz, aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo con ellos, no uses el servicio. Estos términos son un acuerdo entre tú y nosotros, y conviven con nuestra política de privacidad, que forma parte de ellos.
Envoz is a service of PF International LLC, a company organized in the state of Wyoming, United States. When you create an account or use Envoz, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service. These terms are an agreement between you and us, and they work together with our privacy policy, which forms part of them.
Quién puede usar Envoz
Who can use Envoz
Necesitas tener al menos 13 años para tener una cuenta. Si tienes entre 13 y 18 años, necesitas el permiso de tu padre, madre o tutor, y esa persona acepta estos términos junto contigo. Si vives en un país donde la edad mínima para aceptar un servicio como este es mayor, aplica la de tu país. Necesitas darnos información verdadera cuando te registras, y una sola persona por cuenta. You need to be at least 13 years old to have an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you need permission from your parent or guardian, and that person accepts these terms together with you. If you live in a country where the minimum age to agree to a service like this is higher, your country’s age applies. You need to give us truthful information when you sign up, and there is one person per account. If we find that an account belongs to someone below the minimum age, we close it and delete the data.

Your account is yours and you are responsible for what happens in it, so protect your access and tell us at hola@envoz.io if you think someone else got in. Do not share your account or sell it. You can delete your account whenever you want from the app settings or at envoz.io/eliminar-cuenta, and when you do we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
Las membresías y qué incluyen
The memberships and what they include
Envoz tiene una membresía gratuita, Aficionado, y dos membresías pagadas: Práctica por US$8 al mes y Fluidez por US$16 al mes. Las lecciones con el entrenador, las lecciones de audio, la práctica de pronunciación y las conversaciones con otras personas son ilimitadas en todas las membresías, incluida la gratuita. Lo único que cambia entre membresías es cuánto tiempo al día puedes hablar con tu entrenador de voz: Aficionado trae un tiempo diario corto, Práctica un tiempo diario de trabajo y Fluidez un tiempo diario amplio. Envoz has a free membership, Hobbyist, and two paid memberships: Practice at US$8 per month and Fluent at US$16 per month. Lessons with the trainer, audio lessons, pronunciation practice, and conversations with other people are unlimited on every membership, including the free one. The only thing that changes between memberships is how much time per day you can speak with your voice trainer: Hobbyist comes with a short daily allowance, Practice with a working daily allowance, and Fluent with a generous daily allowance. The daily allowance is counted over a rolling 24 hour window, not from midnight. When your time for the day runs out, your trainer closes the session calmly and you can keep using everything else with no limit. No membership is endlessly unlimited: if use is clearly automated, shared between several people, or resold, we can limit it.
Pagos y renovación

Las membresías pagadas se cobran por mes y se renuevan solas hasta que las canceles. Si compras dentro de la app, quien te cobra es Apple o Google, según la tienda donde descargaste Envoz, y aplican también las condiciones de esa tienda. Si compras desde la web, quien te cobra es Paddle, que actúa como vendedor autorizado y se encarga de los impuestos que correspondan. En los tres casos el cobro lo hace esa empresa y no nosotros, y el cargo aparece en tu estado de cuenta a su nombre. Los precios están expresados en dólares estadounidenses; si tu medio de pago está en otra moneda, el monto final depende del tipo de cambio y de las comisiones de tu banco, que no controlamos. Si cambiamos el precio de una membresía, te avisamos antes y el precio nuevo aplica en tu siguiente renovación, nunca hacia atrás.
Paid memberships are billed monthly and renew on their own until you cancel. If you buy inside the app, Apple or Google charges you, depending on the store you downloaded Envoz from, and that store’s conditions also apply. If you buy from the web, Paddle charges you, acting as the authorized seller and handling any applicable taxes. In all three cases the charge is made by that company and not by us, and it appears on your statement under their name. Prices are expressed in United States dollars; if your payment method is in another currency, the final amount depends on the exchange rate and your bank’s fees, which we do not control. If we change the price of a membership, we tell you beforehand and the new price applies at your next renewal, never retroactively.
Cómo cancelar
How to cancel
Puedes cancelar cuando quieras y no tienes que darnos una razón ni escribirle a nadie para lograrlo. Si compraste dentro de la app, cancelas desde la configuración de suscripciones de Apple o de Google. Si compraste desde la web, cancelas desde el portal de Paddle, al que llegas desde la configuración de tu cuenta. Cuando cancelas, sigues teniendo acceso a tu membresía hasta que termine el período que ya pagaste, y después tu cuenta vuelve a la membresía gratuita. Cancelar tu suscripción no borra tu cuenta ni tu progreso: si además quieres borrar la cuenta, eso se hace aparte.
You can cancel whenever you want, and you do not have to give us a reason or write to anyone to do it. If you bought inside the app, you cancel from Apple’s or Google’s subscription settings. If you bought from the web, you cancel from the Paddle portal, which you reach from your account settings. When you cancel, you keep access to your membership until the period you already paid for ends, and after that your account returns to the free membership. Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or your progress: if you also want to delete the account, that is done separately.

Los reembolsos los maneja la empresa que te cobró. Si compraste dentro de la app, el reembolso se pide a Apple o a Google según sus reglas. Si compraste desde la web, se pide a Paddle. Si tienes un problema y no sabes a quién escribir, escríbenos a hola@envoz.io y te ayudamos a llegar al lugar correcto. Fuera de lo que exija la ley de tu país, no estamos obligados a devolver el dinero de un período ya empezado, pero sí lo revisamos caso por caso cuando algo salió mal de nuestro lado.
Refunds are handled by the company that charged you. If you bought inside the app, you request the refund from Apple or Google under their rules. If you bought from the web, you request it from Paddle. If you have a problem and do not know who to write to, write to us at hola@envoz.io and we will help you reach the right place. Beyond what the law of your country requires, we are not obliged to refund a period already started, but we do review it case by case when something went wrong on our side.

Si participas como socio, ganas una comisión del 50 por ciento sobre cada pago que haga una persona que llegó a Envoz por tu enlace, durante sus primeros 12 meses pagados. La persona queda ligada al primer socio que la trajo, y esa relación no cambia después. Una comisión se registra cuando el pago ocurre, se aprueba cuando pasa el plazo de reembolso de 14 días, y se paga de forma manual una vez al mes, cuando tu saldo aprobado llega al monto mínimo de pago; si no llega, se acumula para el mes siguiente. No pagamos comisión por tu propia suscripción ni por cuentas creadas para simular referidos, y podemos anular comisiones obtenidas con información falsa, spam o promesas que nosotros no hicimos. Puedes dejar el programa cuando quieras, y nosotros podemos cambiar o terminar el programa avisando con anticipación, respetando las comisiones ya aprobadas.
If you take part as a socio, you earn a 50 percent commission on every payment made by a person who came to Envoz through your link, during their first 12 paid months. The person is tied to the first socio who brought them, and that relationship does not change afterwards. A commission is recorded when the payment happens, is approved once the 14 day refund window passes, and is paid manually once a month, when your approved balance reaches the minimum payout amount; if it does not reach it, it carries over to the next month. We do not pay commission on your own subscription or on accounts created to simulate referrals, and we can void commissions obtained through false information, spam, or promises we did not make. You can leave the program whenever you want, and we can change or end the program with advance notice, honoring commissions already approved.

Envoz is software and it can be wrong
Esto es importante y no es una fórmula legal: el entrenador de Envoz funciona con inteligencia artificial, y a veces dice cosas incorrectas. Puede darte una explicación de gramática equivocada, corregir algo que estaba bien, o afirmar con seguridad un dato que no es cierto. Nos esforzamos mucho para que no pase y lo tratamos como un error cuando pasa, pero no podemos prometerte que nunca ocurra. Usa tu criterio, y si algo te suena raro, pregúntanos o revísalo con otra fuente. Envoz es una herramienta para aprender, no un certificado, ni un título, ni una evaluación oficial de tu nivel, y no sustituye el consejo de un especialista.
This matters and it is not a legal formality: the Envoz trainer runs on artificial intelligence, and sometimes it says incorrect things. It can give you a wrong grammar explanation, correct something that was already right, or state a fact confidently that is not true. We work hard to prevent this and we treat it as a bug when it happens, but we cannot promise you it never will. Use your judgment, and if something sounds off, ask us or check it against another source. Envoz is a tool for learning, not a certificate, a diploma, or an official assessment of your level, and it does not replace advice from a qualified specialist.
Cómo tratarnos y cómo tratar a los demás
How to treat us and other people
Dentro de Envoz puedes tener un perfil y conversar con otras personas reales, así que hay reglas. No acoses, amenaces ni insultes a nadie. No mandes contenido sexual, violento, discriminatorio ni ilegal, y no uses Envoz para conocer gente con fines románticos o sexuales: esto es un lugar para aprender idiomas. No te hagas pasar por otra persona, no publiques datos privados de alguien más, y no uses el servicio para vender, hacer spam ni estafar. Tampoco intentes romper el servicio, entrar a cuentas ajenas, copiar el sistema de forma automatizada ni saltarte los límites de tu membresía. Si ves algo que rompe estas reglas, repórtalo desde la app o escríbenos a hola@envoz.io; revisamos los reportes y podemos quitar contenido, bloquear conversaciones o cerrar cuentas.
Inside Envoz you can have a profile and talk with other real people, so there are rules. Do not harass, threaten, or insult anyone. Do not send sexual, violent, discriminatory, or illegal content, and do not use Envoz to meet people for romantic or sexual purposes: this is a place to learn languages. Do not impersonate anyone, do not post someone else’s private information, and do not use the service to sell, spam, or defraud. Also do not try to break the service, get into other people’s accounts, copy the system in an automated way, or get around your membership’s limits. If you see something that breaks these rules, report it from the app or write to us at hola@envoz.io; we review reports and we can remove content, block conversations, or close accounts.

What you write and upload
Lo que escribes, grabas y subes sigue siendo tuyo. Nos das permiso para guardarlo, procesarlo y mostrarlo dentro del servicio para que Envoz funcione: para que el entrenador te responda, para que tu progreso se guarde, para que la persona con la que conversas te lea, y para revisar reportes de conducta. Ese permiso existe mientras tengas la cuenta y termina cuando la borras, salvo lo que tengamos que conservar por ley. Tu foto de perfil y tu nota de voz de presentación no son públicas en internet y solo se ven dentro de la app, como explica la política de privacidad. Puedes borrar lo que subiste borrando tu cuenta.
What you write, record, and upload stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it, and show it inside the service so that Envoz works: so the trainer can answer you, so your progress is saved, so the person you are talking with can read you, and so we can review conduct reports. That permission lasts while you have the account and ends when you delete it, apart from anything we have to keep by law. Your profile photo and your voice introduction are not public on the internet and are only visible inside the app, as the privacy policy explains. You can delete what you uploaded by deleting your account.

What belongs to us
La app, el sitio, las lecciones, los audios, el método de enseñanza, el nombre Envoz y su imagen son nuestros o de quien nos dio licencia. Puedes usarlos para aprender, que para eso están. No puedes copiarlos, revenderlos, redistribuirlos ni usarlos para entrenar otro sistema sin nuestro permiso por escrito.
The app, the site, the lessons, the audio, the teaching method, the Envoz name, and its branding belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us. You can use them to learn, which is what they are for. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or use them to train another system without our written permission.

El servicio puede cambiar o fallar
The service can change or fail
Envoz es un producto en desarrollo. Agregamos funciones, cambiamos otras y a veces quitamos alguna que no funcionó. No podemos prometerte que el servicio esté disponible todo el tiempo ni que nunca tenga errores: dependemos de internet, de las tiendas de aplicaciones y de servicios de terceros que tampoco controlamos. Si quitamos algo importante de una membresía pagada o interrumpimos el servicio por mucho tiempo, te avisamos y buscamos una solución justa contigo.
Envoz is a product under development. We add features, change others, and sometimes remove one that did not work. We cannot promise you the service will always be available or that it will never have bugs: we depend on the internet, on the app stores, and on third party services we also do not control. If we remove something important from a paid membership or interrupt the service for a long time, we tell you and we look for a fair solution with you.
Suspensión y cierre de cuenta
Suspension and closing an account
Podemos suspender o cerrar una cuenta que rompa estos términos, que ponga en riesgo a otras personas o que use el servicio de forma fraudulenta. Cuando la situación lo permite, avisamos antes y explicamos por qué, y si crees que nos equivocamos puedes escribirnos a hola@envoz.io y lo revisamos. Si cerramos tu cuenta pagada sin que hayas roto estas reglas, te devolvemos la parte del período que no usaste. Tú puedes cerrar tu cuenta cuando quieras, sin explicar nada.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people at risk, or uses the service fraudulently. When the situation allows it, we tell you beforehand and explain why, and if you think we got it wrong you can write to us at hola@envoz.io and we will review it. If we close your paid account without you having broken these rules, we refund the part of the period you did not use. You can close your account whenever you want, without explaining anything.

No warranties
Envoz se ofrece tal como está. Hasta donde la ley lo permita, no damos garantías de que el servicio sea ininterrumpido, libre de errores, seguro frente a todo riesgo, ni de que aprender con Envoz te dé un resultado específico. Envoz is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure against every risk, or that learning with Envoz will give you a specific result. Learning a language depends above all on you and on the time you put in, and nobody can guarantee you a level.
Límite de nuestra responsabilidad
Limit of our liability
Hasta donde la ley lo permita, nuestra responsabilidad total frente a ti por cualquier reclamo relacionado con Envoz se limita a lo que nos hayas pagado en los 12 meses anteriores al reclamo, o a US$50 si esa cifra es mayor. No respondemos por pérdidas indirectas, como oportunidades perdidas, ganancias que esperabas o daños que no eran previsibles. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim related to Envoz is limited to what you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or to US$50 if that figure is greater. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost opportunities, profits you expected, or damages that were not foreseeable. None of this limits our liability for willful misconduct, for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow to be limited.

Your rights as a consumer
Nada en estos términos te quita los derechos que te da la ley de protección al consumidor de tu país. Si alguna regla de este documento choca con esa ley, manda tu ley y el resto del documento sigue vigente.
Nothing in these terms takes away the rights that your country’s consumer protection law gives you. If any rule in this document conflicts with that law, your law prevails and the rest of the document stays in force.

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del estado de Wyoming, Estados Unidos, sin aplicar sus reglas sobre conflicto de leyes, y cualquier disputa se resuelve en los tribunales de ese estado. These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Wyoming, United States, without applying its conflict of laws rules, and any dispute is resolved in the courts of that state. This does not affect any right you may have, under the law of your country, to bring a claim before the courts where you live.
Cambios a estos términos
Changes to these terms
Podemos actualizar estos términos cuando el producto cambie o cuando la ley lo pida. La fecha de la última actualización está arriba. Si el cambio es importante, te avisamos dentro de la app o por correo antes de que aplique, y seguir usando Envoz después de esa fecha significa que aceptas la versión nueva. Si no la aceptas, puedes cancelar y borrar tu cuenta.
We can update these terms when the product changes or when the law requires it. The date of the last update is at the top. If the change is significant, we tell you inside the app or by email before it applies, and continuing to use Envoz after that date means you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, you can cancel and delete your account.
