Delete your Envoz account

You can delete your Envoz account at any time. This action cannot be undone: your profile, your conversations, and your recordings are permanently deleted.

From the app

Open Envoz, go to Settings, and tap Delete my account, inside the Account section. We ask you to confirm once more before deleting it, so it is never a single accidental tap. Once you confirm, your session ends immediately on every device.

Without the app

If you do not have the app installed or cannot access your account, write to us at hola@envoz.io from the email you registered with, asking us to delete your account. We will take care of it for you.

What happens when you delete your account

Immediately, your profile stops being visible to other learners, your conversations stop being available, and nobody can sign back into your account. The rest of your data, including your voice recordings and your profile photo if you have one, is fully removed from our systems within 30 days.

What we keep

For accounting and tax compliance reasons, we keep your payment records and, if you are an affiliate partner, your commission records, even after your account is deleted. Full details are in our privacy policy.
